Ive just came back from the 76 gas station at milpitas blvd milpitas, ca 95035. Inwebt there to purchase propane.
I asked the cashier if there was any propane he stopped and thought real quick and said "oh i forgot. Im not allowed to go outside". I said what? Then how are you supposed to get to your car or use the restroom?
He just looked at me and shook his head. He coukd of came uo with a better excuse than that. You can tell he was telling a lie. When i walked up to the window he was watching a movie on his phone.
Maybe he forgote to bring and wear his face mask. But that shouldnt be a reason to not sell the tank of propane. I could of kept a longer distance from him because it was only me that was there. Its people like him that makes people get frustrated and very angry.
Its a cold night and needed the propane for a heater to atay warm during the night. Is that the way your employees do their job? Make up some stupid excuse just not to go outside? Refuse a customer from making a putchase?
Like i said if hes nit allowed to go outaide then hiw is he supposed to use the restroom or go to his car when he gets off? Does he think im stupid maybe i wint think of that? Im filing a complaint on him for not doing his job properly and treating a customer if i was some kind of stupid person. I would like for action to be taken upon him.
If not i will post that gas station and what he did on social media maybe hoping it would spread to everyone not to buy gas there anymore. I will waiting for a reply

My card was canceled for non-use after being a customer board over 30 years.
My card was canceled for non-use after being a customer board over 30 years. I received a letter from the credit card company that said I can reapply.
I dont want to reapply. They also stated that I canceled my card. I didnt cancel my card, they did on their own accord. I may patronize the 76 station with cash in the future, but I will never use their credit card system again.
My card probably displays that I was a member since the 90s, and a new card would reflect since 2021. Because I have not used my card during this Covid epic, so I was paying with cash I went to 76, they penalized me I cant find my card and didnt even give me any kind of notice that said, hey if you dont use your card in the next blah blah blah time were going to cancel it. It just seems quite odd that I didnt even get a warning.
Just have to enjoy the embarrassment when I went to the pump and wonder why my card didnt work. Great way to Treat someone whos been a customer, who has never ever made a late payment by the way, for 30 years

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ppl who work at 76 gas station in Newark on Newark boulevard next to the 84 freeway should be taught the law about Americans with disability act I have asthma and I can't wear the mask and the lady was so rude saying that I couldn't purchase nothing or gas or nothing and called the police on me telling them I don't know what there's no reason for her to be so rude about it she didn't want to hear *** and I think that's pretty pretty wrong of 76 gas station to hire people that don't want to hear nothing you know their job is to take the money and and let the customers go but she wants to be the Mass police at the same time I can't wear a mask because I have asthma it hinders my breathing so what I do now she don't honor the American with disability act where do I go from here. The lady wouldn't give me her name or nothing she just called the police on me she's Asian she's working the 7:00 shift as of today tonight and I think she needs to be taught the laws about 88 and how not to be rude
Just because a person don't wear a mask doesn't give another person the right to to be rude to that person they're still human after all. That young lady tonight needs to be learned taught some manners

Cancellation of credit card after 30 years of dedication.
User's recommendation: Support your local business owners and pay cash only at 76 stations. Do not use the credit card that is supported by the credit card company.
