This man picked the fight the moment I walked in the door I don't know if he needed a smoke or was overtired or on drugs but he was completely unprofessional and rude to me. I had to leave and get gas elsewhere. All I needed was help because my credit card wasn't being read by the machine at the pump. He should be fired and that is what I am after It is Thursday afternoon a little before 5:00 on May 26th so you can figure out who was working then a thin man and baggy jeans older t-shirt on kind of sloppy looking. I'm tired of the sign reading one gas price and the gas pumps charging 10 to 20 cents more
The gas stations in Freeport Texas is charging .10 to .20 cents more on the gas pump than what the sign reads. I don't think that that is legal even if it is it is not right to cheat the customer.

I phoned a couple of 76 stations in Sierra Vista az for the price of diesel fuel because the prices have fluctuated wildly lately. I was told company policy prohibits giving out price information over the phone. Yes, I'm pissed. Your company sucks if travelers are not afforded the chance to secure best prices. Needless to say, I will never spend a dime on your products intentionally.Avoid this company at all costs. They are rude, condensending, and snide.

76 in cave junction has poor customer services and the the store in dirty and nasty
Since the last manager leftthere. Its been a mess. Horrible customer service drug addict are working treating customer poorly the store is dirty bathrooms are not clean I walked into the store and greeted the worker it was two of them didnt say a word back to me then when I got ready to pay for my things the attitude of the person ringing me up he through his pencil and paper down and was yelling what I wanted this store needs all new workers and better leadership

I got my pouches witch were $4.89 . He didn't get me my receipt . And when it let me know how much was spent I was pissed . He charged me way over $7.23 when I went back to get my money he sat there and try to fiddle with some receipts and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about.im f#$kin pissed. This place is straight BS andran by a bunch of low life tweakers . You can't trust not one of them

Update: I cooked down some and no I am not going to break any windows however I still have not got my money back and it's been three days now. I starting to think that they lagit stole my money. I'm going to take legal action so if anyone else has had this happen from these guys please let me know so we can put a stop to these theafs

Reinstate credit card
I would like to have my 76 gas card reinstated. My card was always in good standing, never had a late payments and my card was closed for no reason with a zero balance and therefore I would like my card reinstated
User's recommendation: Customers who have their cards taken away from them I would recommend that they do not use any 76 gas station.
